Yvette Christine

DevOps and Cloud Engineer

I’m a DevOps-focused engineer with a strong software development foundation and hands-on experience building, containerizing, automating, and preparing applications for real-world deployment. I specialize in bridging the gap between development and operations , designing systems that are not only functional, but automated, reproducible, and scalable. Over the past year, I’ve evolved from a JavaScript engineer into a DevOps practitioner, building projects end-to-end, from modular frontend architecture to containerization, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure tooling, and Linux-based environments.

Open Source

Contributor to Fedora, CHAOSS, and legalDB initiatives.

Beyond Code

I love travel, storytelling and I'm open to roles that allow global collaboration and movement.

Why my background matters

Because I come from a development background, I understand the full lifecycle of software, from writing modular code to debugging deployments. I know where builds fail, why environments break, and how architecture decisions affect scalability. This allows me to Bridge the gap between developers and infrastructure, Troubleshoot issues faster than tool-only DevOps beginners and to Design automation that fits real codebases.
