Noodles are one thing on a menu I very rarely will pass up! I love a good saucy, flavourful noodle recipe that’s
also quick and easy to make at home. These noodles encompass all that and more, they are simply a great meal to
make for lunch, dinner or even a midnight snack!
The ingredients are simple for this recipe, noodles and a really easy garlicky sweet soy sauce. Combine the two,
give a good toss and noodles are ready to be served
Garlic Chili Oil Noodles are one of the quickest, most insanely delicious ramen noodle recipes, tossed in a spicy
garlic chili oil sauce and ready in less than 15-minutes! With a garnish of sliced green onions and sesame seeds,
these garlicky noodles will definitely be in the number one spot for a quick and easy meal!
ingredients
- 2 packs of beef flavoured indomie,the small packs
- A half of a large lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Chilli powder
- Black pepper
- Green onions and sesame seeds to garnish
Steps
- Slice the garlic into thin silvers then add them to a pan with oil
- Cook the garlic till golden brown and fragrant then immediatley add your
soy sauce and a splash of water to prevent it from burning
- Add the seasoning from your noodles, sugar, chilli, lemon juice and black pepper
- Add in about a cup of water and allow the sauce to cook a bit just to remove the raw
taste of the soy sauce
- Add in your noodles and enough water to cover them
- Cook untill the noodles are your desired texture
- Plate with an egg or two, cooked to your liking,
that is boiled or fried, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
