  1. Slice the garlic into thin silvers then add them to a pan with oil
  2. Cook the garlic till golden brown and fragrant then immediatley add your soy sauce and a splash of water to prevent it from burning
  3. Add the seasoning from your noodles, sugar, chilli, lemon juice and black pepper
  4. Add in about a cup of water and allow the sauce to cook a bit just to remove the raw taste of the soy sauce
  5. Add in your noodles and enough water to cover them
  6. Cook untill the noodles are your desired texture
  7. Plate with an egg or two, cooked to your liking, that is boiled or fried, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
